The High Definition Camcorders—and there is only one—is the HDV Mini DV Camcorder™, and is boasted as “the world’s first HDV player” by JVC.com. This JVC video camera has the capacity to record 1280x720p MPEG 2 HD at a ratio of 16:9. The high resolution renders remarkably crisp and realistic visuals.

JVC offers a plethora of accessories that are of common use but of unique capabilities.
